Back on Track

Since I've blogged last, many things have occured that have changed the way I am doing business.  Currently, in-home personal training is not available.  I do train clients at a few different locations, and I am able to train clients in diverse settings.  I will not spoil the surprise here, but I will answer any questions via e-mail.

Calf Raises

And much more...

Another option is to use the fitness equipment that is sitting in your spare room gathering dust.  Go ahead...I dare you.

Walking the dog.

Why hog all the fun to yourself?


Take you dog(s) for a walk every evening. It burns calories, and is great for your friendship. 

Invite a loved one, or your whole family!  Enjoy the scenery.  Say "Hi!" to a neighbor!

You can burn anywhere from 60-300 calories per hour.  Follow it up with a light snack...a piece of fruit, or a hot bowl of oatmeal.


Your body, and your best friend will thank you!
